Job Description:
The HR Admin will provide administrative and operational support to the HR Supervisor and Senior HR Staff in managing daily HR activities. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with accurate and up-to-date information.
Support payroll processing by collecting attendance data and ensuring proper documentation.
Assist in employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including document preparation and orientation programs.
Handle employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
Assist in organizing training and development programs for employees.
Prepare HR reports and documents as needed.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Provide administrative support for various HR functions, including event planning and employee engagement initiatives.
Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned by the HR Supervisor or Senior HR Staff.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Open to fresh graduate and entry-level.
Prior HR-related internship or experience is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of HR functions and labor laws is an advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS is preferred.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
Domicile Denpasar, Bali (preferred)
Able to join as soon as possible.
