Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and target potential clients, including corporate accounts, travel agencies, event planners, etc.

• Maintain and build strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and maximize revenue.

• Present the hotel's facilities and services to potential clients, both in-person and virtually.

• Prepare and deliver sales reports and forecasts to management.

• Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns and events.

• Handle the booking process, including drafting contracts, confirming bookings, and ensuring all client requirements are met.

• Work closely with event planners and the operations team to ensure smooth execution of conferences, meetings, and other events held at the hotel.

• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and ensuring their needs are met during their stay.

Job Qualification:

• Have 2 years experience as Sales Executive at 3/4 star hotel

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Strong sales and customer service orientation.

• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.

• Knowledge of the hotel industry and trends.

• A bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, or a related field is preferred, though experience in sales may also be sufficient.
