About the role
PT Suzuyo Indonesia is seeking a Finance Staff to join our team in our office in East Jakarta, Jakarta. In this fulltime position, you will be responsible for providing financial and administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our operations.
What you'll be doing
Performing data entry and processing for financial records and reports
Providing administrative support, including filing, document management and responding to queries
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial information
Adhering to company policies, procedures and regulatory requirements
What we're looking for
Excellent data entry and word processing skills with high accuracy
Strong numeracy and financial accounting knowledge
Proficient in using financial software and Microsoft Office Suite
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Relevant finance or accounting qualifications or experience
