Qualification:
Candidates must have at least 3-4 years of experience in the same position or role.
Strong experience in Western / French hot kitchen menus.
Has experience professional kitchen training or chef training.
Proven knowledge of food preparation, presentation and preservation products.
Maintaining cleanliness and organizing the station as per HACCP standards.
Attentive work, strong sense of responsibility, and good teamwork spirit.
Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and good dexterity.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily tasks ontime.
Follow the instructions and recommendations from the immediate superiors to complete the daily tasks.
Responsible for creating menu development hot kitchens specific to western and french menu and dressing, including food cost calculation.
Ensure the highest standards and consistent quality in the daily preparation and keep up to date with the new products, recipes and preparation techniques.
Coordinate and participate with other sections of requirements, cleanliness, wastage and cost control.
Maintaining cleanliness and organizing the station.
Ensure that all food items are properly labeled and stored according to food safety standards.
