RESPONSIBILITIES:

A. Coaching

• Organize and deliver and facilitate training programmers such as skincare product knowledge, make up skills techniques and knowledge, customer service and sales techniques in order to strengthen and improve beauty advisors(BAs), counter/boutique managers (CMs) quality and sales performance

• Develop and implement various training techniques

• Training for new recruitments (Basic/Initial/Refresh)

• Performance Progress Monitoring and Follow-up 

B. Public Event 

• Responsible as a public speaker for consumer workshop or media event

• Conduct brand and product presentation at promotional activities and new product launches

C. Customer Relations 

• Conduct regular Customer Survey and Feedback Analysis, for training enhancement and BA development

• Claims Handling (customer enquiries & cases escalated from counter) 

• Manage overall CRM program

Training : 

1. Plan & implement full year training programs for Beauty Advisors, including product training, basic school for new BA, and other development trainings

•  Work closely with HQ to obtain all training materials and improve/amend materials to suit local market

• Responsible in developing and executing training during BA's bi-monthly meeting (including new product training if any, and other trainings)

•  Work out counter coaching plan monthly

2.  Analyzing and evaluating of training effectiveness

3. Knowledge Management

• Responsible in developing training materials and manuals

• Keeping training materials up to date

• Management of all training materials of company

4.  Training needs

• Identify training and development needs when necessary

5. Design and develop training programs

•  Designing and developing training and development programs base on both the brand's and individual's needs.

•  Working in a team to produce programs that are satisfactory to all relevant parties

•  Check competency of each BA/CM as requirement

•  Identify development plan for each BA/CM

6. To provide timely and relevant reports and analysis of key trends for Brand as required

7. BA/CM competency appraisal

• Work closely with Retail Team on BA/CM's periodical competency appraisal

• Identify quality of BA/CM as requirement 

• Develop testing and evaluation procedures  

Customer Management: 

• Deal directly with customers inquires when necessary (eg : at counter level or brand's social media page)

• Handle and resolve customer complaints if BA cannot handle at counter level

• Keep record details of customers' inquiries, comments and complaints

• Conduct regular Customer Survey and Feedback Analysis to gather customers' feedback on service standard for training enhancement and development

REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field.

• Fluent in English both oral and written (mandatory)

• At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the beauty field

• Preferably have experiences in Training & Development or equivalent.

• Excellent communication skills.
