Job Description:Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with global sales forecasts, utilizing innovative sales models to drive market penetration and business growth.
Sales Performance and Channel Development: Take responsibility for achieving regional sales targets, expanding, and managing sales channels to ensure consistent performance through effective channel management.
Order Management: Accurately manage sales orders, follow up on order execution and payment collection, and optimize sales processes to achieve targets efficiently.
Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market analysis, including regional trends, competitor dynamics, and customer demand forecasting, using insights to craft precise sales strategies.
Customer Relationship Management: Strengthen collaboration with customer decision-makers to drive successful project completion while effectively addressing inquiries and complaints to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Customer Engagement: Regularly visit customers and maintain communication to understand their needs, identify growth opportunities, and enhance loyalty and satisfaction.
Team Collaboration and Support: Support post-sales activities and ensure the team's skills and motivation align with the company's sales objectives.
Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in hospital sales
Language Proficiency: Proficient in English as a working language is a plus.
Core Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with familiarity with local business practices and regulatory requirements.
Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the local healthcare industry and regulatory environment is a significant advantage.
