Main Responsibilities
To do lab trial, pilot trialand support plant trial for Home Care innovation and cost saving project as per project timelines. Plant trial support is tentative based on the formulator's requirements.
To analyze and provide evaluation report of lab trial, pilot trial, and plant trial for Home Care innovation and cost saving projects.
To do stability test monitoring for bulk product and finished good ex lab or pilot or plant trial and 1st production. This includes supporting packaging compatibility tests for innovations (new formulation, current packaging specifications). Need to review protocol and number of samples placed in the storage test.
To lead end-to-end consumer test samples preparation and provide their quality data parameters. This includes managing the CPT samples preparation network timeline.
Responsible for managing and monitor the stock of all raw materials, finished good samples, waste, and CapEx at Lab and Pilot Plant.
Responsible for managing and scheduling housekeeping and maintenance.
To support implementation of digital R&D tools (i.e LIMS, ELN) for HC R&D
To support other ad-hoc R&D activities due to business needs.
Sample request from cross functional team.
Candidate Criteria
Experience & Qualification
Bachelor's degree in engineering or science major from reputable University.
Minimum 1-2 years working experience in FMCG as R&D formulation& lab management (WK), technical project management (BA) is an advantage.
Good knowledge and experience in home care products is an advantage.
Good understanding / working knowledge ondigital tools (E.g SAP/PLM, LIMS).
Excellent communication skills to communicate effectively to a variety of audiences.
The ability to communicate and build effective working relationships across functions, regions and with partners inside and outside Unilever.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Creativity in respect to developing new ideas, claims and demos.
Strong analytical mindset and curiosity.
Strong organization skills

Good understanding & experience in using lab equipment (e.g Viscometer Haake, Brookfield, pHmeter, etc)
Excellent Excel & PowerPoint skills to analyze and present data to stakeholders.
Good data analytics skill to gather, analyze and evaluate a variety of data sets.
