RequirementsCandidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree of Psychology/ Human Resources Management, Law, etc. (Master Degree is preferable)
Hospital experience with knowledge of hospital accreditation / renewal, training, recruitment & HR related work
Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems Interest and experience in data analysis and reporting
Effective written and verbal communication skills is a must
Analytical and logical thinking, ability to multi-task, take complete ownership of tasks

Policy and Compliance: Develops and implements HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws and healthcare regulations.
Performance Management: Implements performance appraisal systems and provides coaching to HR staff.
General Affairs:
Facilities Management: Manages office supplies, equipment inventory, maintenance, and other administrative tasks to ensure a functional work environment.
Budget and Finance: Manages departmental budgets and cost control for HR and general affairs expenses.
Administrative Support: Manages essential administrative functions, including documentation, record-keeping, and support for management.
Strategic Decision-Making: Has the authority to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the hospital's overall goals.
Policy Implementation: Authority to create, update, and enforce HR and administrative policies and procedures.
Budgetary Control: Responsible for managing and controlling the budget for HR and general affairs.
