Job Descriptions :
Develop and manage recruitment strategies to attract talent
Implement and monitor performance management appraisal system
Foster a positive and productive work culture
Manage compensation & benefits and conduct regular benchmark to ensure the competitiveness in the market
Develop and manage budgets for both HR and GA departments
Identify training needs and develop learning programs to improve employee skills
Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures in line with company objectives
Design and implement employee retention strategies including rewards and punishments programs
Monitor employee satisfaction
Provide regular reports to management on HR performance and workforce trends
Lead and mentor the HR & GA team to ensure efficient operations
Act as HR business partner to support the business's growth
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required
Willing to be based in Surabaya
5-7 years of HR management experience, ideally with experience in logistics industry
Experience in seasonal or temporary staffing, since logistics companies often experience fluctuating labor demands
Strong background in employee relations, recruitment, compliance, training and development, and workforce planning
Having good understanding in HR software such as SAP HCM and others
Data-driven approach to track key HR metrics (turnover rates, time-to-fill, etc.) and make informed decisions
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with team
Excellent verbal and written communications
