Key Responsibilities:

• Able to lead the development and execution of strategies to expand our product offerings beyond plywood into innovative building materials and wood-based development products.

• Able to Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes in both domestic and international markets.

• Collaborate with R&D and production teams to conceptualize and bring to market new products that meet the demands of customers in Indonesia, Europe, Japan, the USA, and other targeted regions.

• Able to establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, distributors, and potential clients in targeted markets.

• Develop and implement business plans that drive revenue growth and market share for the company's new product lines.

• Build and lead a high-performing business development team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.

• Ensure all business activities adhere to international standards and regulations, with a strong focus on sustainability and ethical practices.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field from a reputable institution. A degree from Reputable University or other leading global institutions is highly regarded.

• At least 15 years of experience in business development, with a significant portion in the wood, building materials, or related industries. Experience in international markets is a must.

• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams, manage complex projects, and drive business growth.

• Deep understanding of global markets, particularly in Europe, Japan, the USA, and other regions.

• A forward-thinking approach with a strong ability to identify and capitalize on emerging trends and opportunities.

• Proficiency in English is required. Additional languages relevant to targeted markets are a plus.
