We are seeking a talented Guest Relation Officer for our restaurant at PT Mutia Culinary Concepts in Medan, North Sumatra. As a Guest Relation Officer, you will be the face of our restaurant, responsible for creating a welcoming and hospitable environment that keeps our customers coming back.

Job Responsibilities :

• Warmly greeting and welcoming guests upon arrival

• Providing attentive and personalized customer service throughout the dining experience

• Responding promptly to guest inquiries and addressing any concerns or issues

• Promoting the restaurant's offerings, promote special events or loyality programs to guests

• Maintaining a high level of professionalism and adhering to company policies and procedures

• Handle and manage reservations, both online and over the phone

• Provide information about the menu, specials and restaurant services

• Contributing to the overall success and positive reputation of the restaurant

Job Requirements :

• Male or Female

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's degree in all majors

• At least 2 years of experiences in customer service or front office roles

• Experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry

• Multitask and remain culture under presure

• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively interact with guests from diverse backgrounds

• Familiarity with the hospitality industry and a deep understanding of front-of-house operations

• Flexibility and adaptability to handle a variety of guest requests and situations

• Handling guest complaints and finding satisfactory solutions
