About the role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team at PT Mutia Culinary Concepts in Medan, North Sumatra.
Job Responsibilities :
Manage the daily calendar and schedule appointments for the executive team
Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations and minutes
Handle incoming communications, including emails, calls and correspondence, and route them accordingly
Provide support with travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodation and organising itineraries
Assist with various administrative tasks, such as filing, document management and data entry
Act as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Contribute to special projects and ad-hoc duties as required
Job Requirements :
Bachelor's degree any major
Minimum 2 years experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant in a fast-paced environment
Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional telephone manner
Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team
Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
A positive, proactive and solution-oriented approach
Fluent in English both spoken & written
Able to speak Hokkien and Mandarin is a plus.
