We are now seeking a position as a General Manager - Toys Manufacturer & Retail who will handle the following key responsibilities:

• Review and re-establish the company's vision, mission and strategy as well as the organizational culture that will be a reference for all leaders and employees and management.

• Complete the company's organizational structure and create business plans and developments in accordance with the company's strategy

• Determine the duties, functions, rights and obligations as well as goals and targets in each division/department.

• Carry out management, business optimization and supervision routinely and measurably against the strategic plan that has been set at the beginning and implemented in each division/department

• Responsible for fulfilling KPI business units, and individuals.

We expect prospective talents to meet the requirements as below:

• Willing to be placed in Surabaya, East Java

• Having experienced for minimal 7 years of experience from FMCG Industry

• Minimum leadership experience at the regional level (large companies) with National scale

• Strong in Business Acumen

• Have strong Exposure and adequate Flying Hours/rotating in many places
