About the role
PT Oasis Waters International is seeking a talented Engineer to join our dynamic team in Cibinong, Bogor West Java. As a full-time employee, you will play a crucial role in driving our mechanical engineering initiatives and contributing to the overall success of the company.
What you'll be doing
Design, develop and optimise mechanical systems and components to support the company's operations
Conduct research, testing and analysis to identify areas for improvement and implement innovative solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are met on time and to the highest quality standards
Provide technical support and advice to colleagues and stakeholders
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies and best practices to continuously enhance the company's capabilities
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar engineering role, preferably within the manufacturing or industrial sector
Fluency in English, both in speaking and writing
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think creatively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
