Employability & Entrepreneurship Center Coordination:• Ensure effective day-to-day operational activity in Employability and Entrepreneurship Center• Collaborate with related department in Global Employability & Entrepreneurship for BINUS Career Center for employability program and services in related campus• Guarantee effective cooperation and collaboration with BINUS Career Center, BINUS Entrepreneurship Center, and Alumni Relation Office to support activities in Employability and Entrepreneurship Center• Coordinate survey for students and alumni related to planning for career development, entrepreneurship and alumni program.• Coordinate survey for all graduate regarding partnership program with Employability & Entrepreneurship Center or company satisfaction survey of BINUS alumni work performanceEmployability Program & Services:• Perform corporate function in partnership with Internship Placement Company, guest speaker, sponsorship, career preparation program, etc.• Coordinate with BINUS Career and Faculty/School related to implementation of Enrichment Program (Internship Track & Entrepreneur Track)• Recommend program related to planning and career development, entrepreneurship and alumni communication program• Responsible to solicit continual feedback from recruiters to ensure satisfaction with both students and services• Deal with a variety of ad hoc issues to ensure the ultimate satisfaction of recruiters.• Provide support in events/meetings for recruiters during their visits to campus.• Suggest program that aid students to explore and enhance their career• Provide planning and oversight for any career assistance for students (e.g. career counseling, career program, workshops)• Monitor the event organizing and survey writing to gather post-event feedbackEntrepreneurship Program:• Provide assistance to students in order to have international / national achievement related to entrepreneurship• Identify business opportunities and assess candidate companies based on business accelerators' potential impact, the entrepreneur's willingness to work with the related curriculum• Promote Entrepreneurship program in order to build awareness to related industry• Improve learning activities by developing and implementing the various Entrepreneurship programs• Develop program calendar for each semester to ensure the learning process can be proceed timely• Support student to improve Entrepreneurship competency by providing suitable programs (e.g. trainings, business incubators, etc.)• Explore entrepreneurial competitions and provide the information for studentsAlumni Relation Program:• Collaborate and Cooperate with Alumni Relation Office and Faculty/School to design career development, entrepreneurship and alumni program in related campus• Enhance the interaction and good relationship between alumni, students and related BINUS Campus• Facilitate networking program among alumni, students and related BINUS Campus• Enhance the alumni experience and delivers greater value to our BINUS University community• Coordinate all activities of alumni association and propose improvement program related to alumni community & association• Coordinate implementation of all programs / activities in order to establish and maintain relation and interaction between alumni, students and BINUS University• Engage alumni in fund-raising to support innovative BINUS University projects and programsManagement Support Activities:• Provide Report to direct Supervisor• Suggest improvement process related to activities in area of responsibilities (especially related to time concern, effort and cost)• Perform activities related to Quality Management System• Perform additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by Direct SupervisorEducation Requirement:• Minimum Bachelor DegreeWork Exposure/ Experience:• Minimum 2 years in Senior Staff level position, or• Minimum 4 years of working experienceSpecial Skills/Certification:• Corporate Relation Experience• Experience with Entrepreneurship Area• Project Management Fundamentals• Event Management
