Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree, preferably in Industrial Engineering or a related technical field.

• At least 8 years of experience in a managerial role within the textile manufacturing industry.

• Strong understanding of textile production planning, inventory control, production workflow, and quality management systems.

• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and manage diverse teams across multiple functions.

• Excellent leadership, analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, safety standards, and audit processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and supervise all end-to-end textile factory operations to ensure production runs smoothly, efficiently, and in line with set targets and customer expectations.

2. Develop and implement effective production schedules while managing human resources, equipment, and facility maintenance to meet output goals.

3. Collaborate closely with PPIC, QA/QC, Technical, and HR departments to ensure product quality, on-time delivery, and customer satisfaction.

4. Analyze operational performance and implement continuous improvement strategies to increase productivity and cost-efficiency across all manufacturing processes.

5. Ensure that all products are manufactured in line with internal process standards and quality assurance protocols, while maintaining compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.

6. Lead internal and external audits and ensure full compliance with applicable legal, safety, and operational standards.

7. Prepare regular production and operational performance reports for senior management to support data-driven decision-making.

8. Manage plant operating and capital expenditures within approved budgets and implement effective cost-control measures.

9. Partner with People & Culture teams to enhance internal capabilities, build team effectiveness, and support leadership development across the organization.

10. Foster a strong culture of operational excellence with a focus on cost optimization, machine and equipment efficiency, product quality, timely delivery, and workplace safety.
