As a General Affairs (GA) Lead at Flip, you will play a key role in in ensuring that a company’s daily operations run smoothly and efficiently. What you’ll do:

• Maintenance & Utilities: Oversee the preventive and corrective maintenance of building systems (HVAC/AC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety)
• Budgeting: Develop and monitor the monthly and annual GA budget (CapEx & OpEx), ensuring cost-efficiency without compromising service quality
• Asset & Vendor Management: Maintain office asset inventory & lifecycle, and be in charge of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for cleaning services, security, pest control, and waste management.
• Compliance: Ensure the office operations meets ISO policy standards, health and safety standards (K3)
• Office Relocation & Fit-Out Management
• Event & Hospitality Management : Internal events, meeting rooms arrangement, and visitor management

What you’ll need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil/Electrical), Architecture, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
• Minimum 4–6 years in General Affairs or Office/Facilities Management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
• Strong negotiation skills for vendor selection and "tender" processes.
• Proven track record of managing at least one major office relocation or fit-out project.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project (or similar PM tools) and advanced Excel for budget tracking.
• A "fixer" mindset—capable of handling sudden facility breakdowns or event technical glitches under pressure.
• Professional proficiency in English.
