AREA RESPONSBILITY
- New Factory Vetting: Conduct checks and evaluations of potential new factories, including site visits.
- Supplier Quality Control: Oversee and manage quality control at the measurement stage with suppliers.
- Production Deadline Management: Monitor and ensure production deadlines are met by factories.
- Technical Task Coordination: Facilitate the transfer and implementation of technical tasks from the Account Manager to the production team/factory.
- Click Up Project Management: Manage and update all relevant project information within Click Up.
- Built-in Furniture Installation Supervision: Control and oversee the installation process of built-in furniture.
- Deviation and Warranty Resolution: Ensure timely correction of deviations from technical specifications and efficient handling of warranty cases
- Production Analysis: Analyze newly added productions within the company system.
- Receiving Furnitures:organizing, receiving, and performing quality control checks on every item in coordination with the Account Manager, using the Woodara Company receiving standards
QUALIFICATION
- Min. Bachelor Degree (S1) in Management or Engineering
- Minimum 1 year of working as sales in furniture industry will be advantage
- Proven experience in project management, ideally within the furniture manufacturing or construction industry.
- Proficient in Google Workspace
- Proficiency in project management software, experience with ClickUp is a significant plus.
- Good understanding of business
- Problem-solving skills and initiative
- English
- Good communication skill and Interpersonal skills, including leadership, teamwork and adaptability
- Strong understanding of quality control processes and supplier management.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively coordinating with factories, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Ability to identify and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
- Willingness to travel for factory checks and site visits.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
