About the Job
Job Description:
Serves as a key liaison between business stakeholders and the IT department.
Ensures that technology solutions meet business requirements.
Analyzes business processes to identify improvement opportunities.
Gathers and documents functional requirements.
Translates business requirements into technical specifications.
Collaborates closely with cross-functional teams.
Supports the successful implementation and optimization of software applications and business systems.
Possesses strong analytical skills and effective communication abilities.
Demonstrates a deep understanding of both business operations and technical systems.
Requirement:
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or Engineering field.
2+ years of experience in a functional/business analyst role, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
Experience working in Agile, Scrum, or other software development methodologies.
Familiarity with enterprise/internal systems and business process analysis.
Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
Experience with requirements gathering, documentation, and writing functional specifications.
Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms.
Ability to read and interpret process flows and system diagrams.
Familiarity with change management and user acceptance testing (UAT) processes.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Willing to be placed in Head Office, Karawaci
