About the role

We are seeking a talented Fullstack Developer to join our dynamic team at PT Esphere Techno Corindo. As a Fullstack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining complex web applications, working across the entire technology stack. If you're experienced in Golang, Node.js, JavaScript, and PHP, and have some exposure to Svelte and Next.js, we'd love to hear from you. This is a full-time, in-office role based in Depok, West Java.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and maintain backend services using Golang, Node.js, and PHP

• Collaborate on frontend development using HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks

• Contribute to projects using Next.js and Svelte (basic knowledge is sufficient)

• Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to ship end-to-end features

• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code

• Participate in code reviews and architecture discussions

• Backend: Golang, Node.js, PHP

• Frontend: HTML5, CSS/SCSS, JavaScript, Svelte, Next.js

• Tools: Git, Docker, REST APIs, CI/CD pipelines

• Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB (based on project)

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of experience in fullstack or backend development

• Solid experience with Golang and JavaScript

• Proficient in Node.js and PHP

• Good understanding of HTML5/CSS and frontend fundamentals

• Some exposure or willingness to work with Svelte and Next.js

• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills

• Good communication skills and ability to work in a distributed team

Nice to Have:

• Experience with microservices architecture

• Familiarity with performance optimization and security best practices

• Previous work in startup or agile environments
