1. Food Service Stock Control

   • Ensure food service materials and stock are available at the store.

   • Guarantee products are ready and meet established sales and quality standards.

2. Team Coordination

   • Supervise and guide Food Service Officers in performing their duties effectively.

   • Arrange work schedules and ensure smooth daily operations.

3. Food Production Supervision

   • Ensure food preparation meets company standards for quality, hygiene, and safety.

   • Monitor portioning, presentation, and timeliness of service.

4. Inventory & Supply Management

   • Monitor raw materials and equipment availability for food service operations.

   • Oversee procurement, quality checks of incoming supplies, and proper storage procedures.

5. Hygiene & Safety Standards

   • Ensure all food handling and preparation processes comply with sanitation and food safety standards.

   • Provide staff training on hygiene, equipment use, and food safety procedures.

6. Customer Service

   • Address customer complaints or feedback in a timely manner.

   • Work to continuously improve customer satisfaction in taste, service, and overall dining experience.

7. Administration & Reporting

   • Prepare daily/weekly reports on food service operations, stock/raw materials, sales performance, and team productivity.

   • Communicate and coordinate with suppliers/vendors to ensure raw material availability.

• Bachelor's degree in any major.

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role; previous experience as a barista or in retail is a strong advantage.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

• Willing to work in a mobile setting and/or go on business trips when needed.

• Willing to work in an on-site setting, Monday-Saturday.
