Responsibilities:
Vendor Management & Relationship Building
- Identify, evaluate, and select vendors according to company needs.
- Maintain strong and professional relationships with existing vendors.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with vendors.
- Handle vendor-related issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor vendor performance to ensure compliance with quality and delivery standards.
3-Way Matching for All Documents
- Perform 3-way matching of Purchase Orders (PO), Goods Receipts (GR), and Invoices.
- Ensure all data (item, quantity, and price) across the three documents are accurate and aligned before processing payments.
- Communicate with procurement, warehouse, and finance departments to resolve any discrepancies.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and audit requirements.
Requirements:
- Minimum education: Associate’s Degree (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Finance Management, Accounting, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office,(Microsoft Excel, Power Poin, And Word)
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build and maintain good relationships with both internal and external parties.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Willing to Work From Office (Kembangan, Jakarta Barat)
