This part‑time Finance Internship will provide valuable experience in accounting and financial reporting. You will work closely with the finance team to gain practical knowledge and skills in various aspects of financial management.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation and analysis of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Support the month‑end and year‑end close processes.
• Contribute to the implementation of financial processes.

Finance & Accounting Analyst at Jet Commerce

What You’ll Do

• Ensure monthly closing process for AP, AR, Fixed Assets, and Inventory modules is completed accurately and on time.
• Prepare and record journal entries, including accruals, adjustments, and reclassifications.
• Perform account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies between system balances and supporting data.
• Compile and maintain accurate financial data to support reporting and analysis.
• Prepare financial statements, including Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, and Cash Flow Statement.
• Analyze financial results and provide variance explanations where necessary.
• Coordinate with Key Account / Sales team regarding customer transactions, sales data, and account balances.
• Calculate and validate customer rebates, discounts, and incentive schemes in accordance with agreements.
• Monitor revenue‑related accounts and ensure proper recognition in line with accounting standards.

What You’ll Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
