Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

· Oversee and manage the company’s day-to-day finance and accounting operations

· Take full responsibility for all aspects of financial reporting

· Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes

· Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing activities

· Ensure financial records and controls comply with corporate policies, statutory, and regulatory requirements

· Manage cash flow, fixed asset register, credit control, and receivables

· Oversee intercompany transactions and ensure timely reconciliation

· Monitor and maintain effective internal control systems

· Liaise with bankers, auditors, tax agents, and company secretary to ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements

· Site HR responsibilities including liaising with the third-party payroll vendor on employee payroll matters, tax filing, employment contracts, training activities, employee welfare

· Carry out ad-hoc assignments and projects as required

Requirements:

The candidate should possess the following:

· Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a recognized professional qualification

· Minimum of 7 years’ relevant experience with broad exposure to finance and accounting functions, including understanding of regulations related to HR and business operations

· Strong organizational skills with a structured and analytical mindset

· Good report writing and communication skills in English

· Experience with SAP Business One (SAP B1)
