Job Description

• Engage in the monthly financial close process, ensuring costs incurred are properly recorded, preparing journal entries, account balance reconciliations and report preparation.
• Participate in the ongoing development and establishment of accounting policies and procedures and operational strategies, including the review and implementation of process and system changes.
• Responsible for the classification and booking of relevant transactions in a timely and accurate manner.
• Analyse the effect of statutory accounting practices, regulations and guidance to ensure correct application of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
• Validate proposed entries for all new product developments and ensure full‑cycle activities are captured properly and timely in the system.
• Ensure monthly management accounts with supporting schedules (mainly all balance sheet accounts) are prepared in a timely and accurate manner.
• Actively review and advise on financial/accounting processes and participate in the implementation of automation initiatives and brainstorming.

Requirements

• 1-3 years experience handling financial reports and an audit background.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS or Indonesian PSAK; additional experience with Multifinance Regulations is an advantage.
• Experience working within a general ledger system (Oracle an advantage) and the full cycle of the closing process.
• Demonstrated ability to gather, communicate and document data and workpapers logically, accurately, and concisely.
• Proficient in operating Microsoft Office and Google Workspace programs.
