As a Finance Backoffice Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of back-office financial processes, contributing to the accuracy and integrity of the company's financial data. You will oversee various essential tasks related to financial reporting, payment approvals, and audit preparation, while also providing valuable insights to improve financial procedures and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present monthly operational reports, including cash flow, pre-payments, accruals, provisions, and suspense accounts.
• Develop and communicate the monthly cash plan to the Management Office via email.
• Review journal entries and make corrections as necessary.
• Verify subledger accounts by cross-referencing with relevant stakeholders and supporting documents.
• Review and approve all outgoing payments and transfers managed by the Management Office.
• Monitor and analyze monthly vendor and doctor aging reports.
• Conduct salary journal checks for the monthly financial statement closing process.
• Assist in the preparation of external audit reports for the annual financial audit.
• Support the creation of annual budget reports.
• Provide recommendations to supervisors for revising and improving back-office operational SOPs and procedures.
• Assist the Finance Manager in generating monthly financial reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Finance Supervisor role.
• Previous experience in a hospital, restaurant, or manufacturing setting is preferred.
• Experience in COGS (Cost of Goods Sold) analysis and cost control is an advantage.
• Well-organized with strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Placement in Pulomas, East Jakarta.
