Responsibilities
Job Description
We are looking for a Finance and Accounting Officer who is analytical, organized, and trustworthy to oversee and manage all personal and business-related financial activities for Justin and Sisca, including their company and various business ventures. This role will be responsible for financial tracking, reporting, and compliance, as well as playing a strategic role in analyzing competitor pricing and providing recommendations for optimal pricing strategies to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities

• Track and record all personal and business-related income and expenses.
• Maintain accurate and detailed financial records for individuals and business entities.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and performance summaries.
• Coordinate with tax consultants to ensure timely and accurate tax filings and compliance.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Organize and maintain invoices, receipts, and financial documentation.
• Create and send invoices to clients and brand partners.
• Collaborate with the Brand & Partnership team to follow up on outstanding payments.
• Resolve any payment issues by directly coordinating with related parties.
• Conduct competitor pricing analysis for various business lines.
• Provide pricing recommendations based on financial analysis and market trends.

Requirements
✅ Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or finance, including managing company financials.
• Brevet A & B certification (is a plus).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with financial tools such as Accurate, Jurnal.id, Klik BCA Bisnis, etc.
• Strong understanding of bookkeeping, accounting principles, and Indonesian tax regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret financial data and translate it into actionable insights.
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Discreet and trustworthy in handling confidential information.
• Experience in pricing strategy or market research (is a plus)
