About the role
PT. Gree Electric Appliances Indonesia is seeking a talented Finance Admin to join our dynamic team. As a Finance Admin, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial operations and reporting for our company. This is a full-time position based in North Jakarta, Jakarta.
What you'll be doing
Manage and maintain accurate financial records and bookkeeping for the company
Checking reimbursement & cash advance document
Filling Journal & Contracts
Create payment list
Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies
Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes and procedures
What we're looking for
Bachelor degree in Economy / Accountancy , minimum GPA 3.00
Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate financial records
Proficient in using financial software and Microsoft Excel
Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
