We are seeking a Finance Administrator with strong accounting and taxation knowledge to support the finance team in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring regulatory compliance. You will handle day-to-day finance operations, support tax reporting, and contribute to efficient financial workflows that meet the evolving needs of a fintech environment.
Key Responsibilities:Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
Assist in preparing monthly financial statements, journal entries, and account reconciliations
Maintain accurate records of invoices, tax documents, and financial transactions
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual tax filings (e.g., VAT, PPh) and liaise with tax consultants as needed
Monitor compliance with local tax regulations and changes in taxation laws
Handle general ledger updates and ensure proper documentation of all financial activities
Assist in internal and external audits by providing supporting documentation
Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate financial processing
Maintain and organize digital filing systems for financial and tax records
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, Finance, or a related field
At least 1 year of experience in finance, accounting, or tax administration (experience in fintech or startups is a plus)
Solid understanding of local tax regulations and financial reporting standards
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, Accurate, Jurnal, or similar)
Strong MS Excel skills and attention to numerical detail
High level of integrity and ability to manage confidential information
Good communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
