The role

We are seeking a skilled Finance, Accounting And Tax professional to join our dynamic team at PT Biosphere Indonesia Cosmetics'. In this full-time position, you will role in managing the company's financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting, and maintaining compliance with relevant tax regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of financial accounting, including general ledger maintenance, accounts payable and receivable, and bank reconciliations

• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and analysis to support decision-making

• Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations

• Manage the company's tax affairs, including the preparation and filing of tax returns

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support business initiatives

• Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and financial controls

• Mentor and develop the finance and accounting team

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably in the cosmetics or consumer goods industry

• Have A&B brevet certificate

• Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations

• Proficient in financial reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

• Proficient in the use of financial software and Microsoft Office suite
