PT YKK AP INDONESIA melalui program rekrutmennya saat ini sedang membuka lowongan kerja untuk posisi Field Technical Support Staff di Surabaya yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kinerja operasional di dalam maupun luar kantor PT YKK AP INDONESIA. Perusahaan Tersebut sedang mencari calon tenaga kerja yang siap diterjunkan ke setiap divisi bagian perusahaan yang sesuai dengan posisi, kemampuan dan keahlian para pencari kerja tersebut. Berikut ini adalah detail lengkap persyaratan untuk posisi Field Technical Support Staff di Surabaya Perusahaan PT YKK AP INDONESIA:

Job Requirements:

1. Minimum Diploma (D3) in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or other related fields.
2. Minimum 1 year of experience as a Quality Control (QC) Staff, Quality Inspector, or in a similar role. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply if they possess relevant knowledge or internship experience.
3. Good understanding of Quality Control (QC) processes and inspection procedures.
4. Ability to read basic technical drawings, use measuring instruments, and prepare inspection reports.
5. Good understanding of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS/HSE) standards, with strong communication and coordination skills.
6. Experience in construction projects or aluminium fabrication/workshop is an advantage.
7. Domiciled in Surabaya or willing to be based in Surabaya.

Job Description :

1. Conduct quality inspections of aluminium installation works to ensure compliance with company standards, specifications, and quality requirements.
2. Perform routine QC patrols at project sites, identify non-conformities, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
3. Prepare inspection reports, document inspection findings, and monitor the implementation of corrective actions.
4. Coordinate with project teams, production teams, distributors, and installers to ensure quality standards are consistently implemented throughout the project.
5. Handle and follow up on customer complaints related to product quality and installation, and provide guidance or training to distributors and installers when necessary.
6. Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE/K3) regulations during inspection activities and perform other Quality Control-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
