Smoore Technology Indonesia melalui program rekrutmennya saat ini sedang membuka lowongan kerja untuk posisi Expense Accountant di Pasuruan yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kinerja operasional di dalam maupun luar kantor Smoore Technology Indonesia. Perusahaan Tersebut sedang mencari calon tenaga kerja yang siap diterjunkan ke setiap divisi bagian perusahaan yang sesuai dengan posisi, kemampuan dan keahlian para pencari kerja tersebut. Berikut ini adalah detail lengkap persyaratan untuk posisi Expense Accountant di Pasuruan Perusahaan Smoore Technology Indonesia:

Job Responsibilities:

1. Expense & Transaction Management: Process, verify, and reconcile daily expense transactions; ensure all entries are accurate and fully compliant with company policies and SOPs.
2. Payment & Reimbursement Oversight: Review and approve staff reimbursements, corporate payments, and procurement payment applications; ensure all supporting documents are valid and complete.
3. Month-End Closing: Perform monthly General Ledger (G/L) reconciliation, manage accruals (e.g., loan interest), and process scrap sales journal entries to ensure timely book closing.
4. Financial Reporting & Reconciliation: Prepare monthly expense analysis reports and perform bank reconciliations to identify and resolve any discrepancies.
5. Compliance & Documentation: Organize and maintain financial vouchers, contracts, and accounting records; assist with internal/external audits as required.
6. Other Ad-hoc Tasks: Complete relevant financial tasks as assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2. Minimum 1 year of experience in Expense Accounting manufacturing industries is preferred.
3. Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel functions) and experienced in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
4. Exceptional attention to detail, highly organized, and strong analytical mindset.
5. Good communication skills and the ability to maintain professional integrity when enforcing financial policies.
