Responsibilities:

In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities:• Overseeing and agreeing building and facilities contracts and providers for services including security, parking, cleaning, catering, technology and so on.• Supervising multi-disciplinary teams of staff including cleaning, maintenance, grounds and security assigned to the facility.• Ensuring that basic facilities, such as water and cooling systems, are well-maintained.• Managing facility budgets and ensuring cost-effectiveness in running the facility.• Ensuring that facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health and security standards.• May be required to oversee building projects, renovations or refurbishments.
