JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Assist in the development of new and existing export products to meet the needs of international markets
• Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and R&D teams to understand customer requirements and translate them into product specifications
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for product development and improvement
• Support the creation of product prototypes and sample production
• Participate in product testing and evaluation to ensure quality standards are met
• Contribute to the documentation and reporting of product development activities
• Provide support in the implementation and launch of new export products

JOB REQUIREMENT:

• Relevant degree in a related field such as Marketing/Business Administration/Management etc
• 1-3 years of experience in product development, preferably in the FMCG or export industry
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Fluent in English (both oral and written); proficiency in other languages is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve product development challenges
• Familiarity with product lifecycle management and development processes
• Proficiency in market research and data analysis techniques
• Adaptability and flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
