Job Description:1. Beverage Preparation & Recipe Development:Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and milk/syrup-based beverages using Huabao products.Develop new beverage recipes based on market trends and client needs (HORECA, cafés, and foodservice).Conduct product trials and experiments, and document recipes in detail.

2. Product Demonstration:Perform brewing and beverage preparation demos for clients and business partners.Support the sales team by showcasing the application of ingredients (syrup, coffee, beverage powders, etc.).Conduct client training (barista training/basic brewing) as part of after-sales service or sales strategy.

3. Technical & Operational:Manage coffee equipment and the test bar area to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and readiness for use.Ensure efficient use of ingredients according to quality standards.Prepare reports on demos, trainings, and product evaluations.

4. Team Collaboration:Work closely with R&D, marketing, and sales teams to support product development and promotional content.Provide field feedback on market preferences, taste trends, and product performance in real applications.

Requirements:1.Minimum education: High School (SMA/SMK), preferably in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or Barista School.2.Minimum 2 years of experience as a Barista, especially in cafés, coffee shops, or F&B companies.3.Proficient in basic to advanced techniques for espresso-based drinks, manual brewing, latte art, and cold beverages.4.Experienced in operating various coffee machines and barista tools.5.Solid knowledge of beverage ingredients (coffee, tea, syrup, milk, toppings, etc.).6.Communicative and confident in giving presentations and training to clients.7.Creative and up-to-date with beverage trends (coffee milk, mocktails, seasonal drinks, etc.).8.Willing to travel and work on-site as needed.9.Experience in product demonstrations or barista training is a plus.
