•Requirements:
•Male/Female age maximum 35 years old.
•Min Diploma or bachelor's degree in any discipline or administration are preferred.
•Good Attitude.
•Able to work under pressure and deadlines.
•Able to communicate well, honest, hardworking.
•Preferable min 2-3 years admin experience related on the seaweed industry.
•Have good understanding of General Administration Company, export document, will be a plus.
•Careful, neat, and detailed.
•Able to work in a team or individually.
•Excellent relationship skills with the ability to communicate well with any client.
•Experience of handling in procurement of machine spare parts.
•Must Have Driving License C (motorcycle), A (Car), is a plus.
•Actively Collaborative personality as a team works.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both English and Bahasa. Chinese will be a plus.
•Proficient using Microsoft Office with the advanced Excel and words skills.
•Hard Worker, have strong motivation.
•Responsibilities:
•Responsible and help manage company general administration data & report in the system.
•Responsible for and assisting in creating administrative data for export document purposes.
•Proactively communicate as a work team.
•Liaise with 3rd Party vendors and logistic partners to ensure fast product delivery.
•Make a report every time there is an activity in the company to the superior
