Position Overview

We are looking for an entrepreneurial and technically grounded EV Product & Business Development Lead to drive the end-to-end development of our Lightweight Electric Truck product line. This role blends product strategy, engineering oversight, and external stakeholder management — with a focus on ensuring the vehicle platform is technically sound, commercially viable, and ready for market deployment. You will work across functions to lead the product lifecycle, while also engaging with OEMs and ecosystem partners to shape long-term platform evolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and manage the product roadmap for the lightweight electric truck platform, balancing cost, performance, and customer needs.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration on system architecture, battery-pack integration, and vehicle functionality.
• Coordinate internal design reviews and validation stages to align with technical and regulatory milestones.

• Identify and evaluate potential OEMs, vehicle integrators, and component suppliers to support product strategy.
• Lead technical and commercial discussions with local and global partners — ensuring alignment with program goals.
• Benchmark industry platforms and technologies to inform build-vs-partner decisions.

• Act as the central point of coordination for the product development lifecycle — from concept and prototyping through pilot and go-to-market phases.
• Manage product-level KPIs related to cost structure, energy performance, payload capacity, and TCO.
• Oversee issue resolution and risk mitigation throughout the development process.

• Collaborate with the commercial and business development team to position the lightweight truck in the right market segments.
• Contribute to business case modeling and pricing strategy based on engineering trade-offs.
