About The Company:

• The working venue is in Cikarang.

• Our client is a Construction Company. Currently, they are looking for Estimation (SPV to Asst. Man).

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare an accurate cost estimation, quotations, and bills of quantities for factory and other projects.

• Analyze project drawings, designs, and specifications to calculate required materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs.

• Support tender preparation and participate in bid submissions for construction projects.

• Evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations to ensure competitiveness and compliance with project requirements.

• Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams to optimize costs and propose value engineering solutions.

• Provide cost analysis and reports to management, highlighting risks or deviations.

• Other related tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Having a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields.

• More than a conversational level of English.

• Over 7 years of experience as an estimator handling factories and warehouses in the general construction.

• Have management experience.

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, material pricing, and market rates.

• Can use MS app (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
