• Prepare an accurate cost estimation, quotations, and bills of quantities for factory, apartment and other projects
• Analyze project drawings, designs, and specifications to calculate required materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs
• Support tender preparation and participate in bid submissions for construction projects
• Evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations to ensure competitiveness and compliance with project requirements
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams to optimize costs and propose value engineering solutions
• Provide cost analysis and reports to management, highlighting risks or deviations
• Other related tasks as assigned

• Having a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields
• More than a conversational level of English
• Over 7 years of experience as an estimator handling factories, warehouses, or apartments in the general construction
• Have management experience
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, material pricing, and market rates
• Can use MS app (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
