PT. Indonesia Surfaris sedang membuka lowongan untuk posisi Penuh waktu Engineering Supervisor di Seminyak, Bali. Lamar sekarang untuk menjadi bagian dari tim kami.
Kualifikasi pekerjaan:We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Engineer Supervisor to oversee the mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems of our vibrant surf camps in Seminyak. This role ensures that all technical infrastructure is maintained efficiently, safely, and sustainably to support smooth operations and a comfortable guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervision & Maintenance:
Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities related to plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and mechanical equipment.
Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and ensure systems are operating within safety and performance standards.
Schedule and oversee preventive maintenance for all relevant equipment and systems.
Ensure all repairs and installations are carried out in a timely, cost-effective, and high-quality manner.
Team Leadership:
Lead a small team of maintenance technicians and external contractors when required.
Provide training and guidance to junior team members to ensure safe and efficient practices.
Assign tasks and monitor progress to maintain high service standards.
Project Coordination:
Assist in planning and executing small renovation or upgrade projects related to infrastructure.
Coordinate with external vendors, electricians, plumbers, or engineers when necessary.
Safety & Compliance:
Maintain compliance with local building codes and safety regulations.
Implement and enforce standard operating procedures and safety protocols.
Keep accurate records of inspections, maintenance logs, and equipment inventories.
Guest & Staff Support:
Respond promptly to technical issues affecting guest comfort or staff operations.
Maintain a friendly, service-oriented attitude when interacting with guests and team members.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience as a maintenance or engineering supervisor in hospitality, resort, or camp settings.
Solid knowledge of mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems.
Ability to read blueprints, technical manuals, and schematic diagrams.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Good leadership and communication skills.
Familiarity with sustainability and eco-friendly infrastructure is a plus.
Basic proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Working Conditions:
Based in Seminyak, Bali with on-site presence required.
Flexibility to work weekends or on-call for emergencies.
Comfortable working in outdoor/beach environments as part of a dynamic surf camp setting.
