About the role
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Civil/Structural Engineer to join PT. Momenta Prima Cemerlang' on a contract basis. As an Engineering professional, you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's operations and infrastructure projects in Batam, Riau Islands. This role offers flexibility with the contract work type, allowing you to manage your work-life balance effectively.
What you'll be doing
Providing technical expertise and design solutions for the company's civil and structural engineering projects
Conducting site inspections, analysing data, and preparing detailed engineering reports
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects within budget and timeline
Identifying and addressing potential engineering challenges, and proposing innovative solutions
Ensuring compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols
Contributing to the continuous improvement of engineering processes and best practices
What we're looking for
Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or a related field
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in the civil/structural engineering industry
Candidates with less experience or fresh graduates will also be considered
Demonstrated expertise in structural design, materials selection, and project management
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders
Proficient in the use of engineering software and tools
Knowledge of local regulations and building codes
