• Lead and manage the entire Engineering Department, including product, process, and industrial engineering functions.

• Set and monitor department KPIs aligned with corporate goals.

• Supervise and mentor engineers and technicians to ensure timely completion of assignments and project milestones.

• Oversee the design, development, implementation, and optimization of manufacturing processes and systems.

• Support customers with product engineering matters and ensure successful product launches.

• Lead engineering project planning, resource allocation, and execution, including project transfers and setup of new manufacturing lines.

• Work closely with R&D, production, quality, and equipment teams to ensure smooth transitions from design to production.

• Analyze production data and feedback to identify root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and cost-saving opportunities through Lean, Six Sigma, and other quality tools.

• Evaluate suppliers and authorize changes to documentation based on customer specifications.

• Collaborate with production management to forecast resource needs and optimize scheduling.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Plant Manager or General Manager.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical & Electronics, Industrial, or Manufacturing preferred).

• At least 10-15 years of experience in engineering/manufacturing, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial or leadership role.

• Able to speak fluent in English and Mandarin

• Proven experience in managing new product introduction (NPI) and project transfer.

• Strong leadership, decision-making, and people management skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively across all levels.

• Proficient in Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma methodologies (certifications preferred).

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with a positive mindset and “Can Do” attitude.

• Able to perform in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
