About the role

This full-time Ecommerce Specialist/Supervisor role presents an excellent opportunity to drive the company's online sales and marketing strategy. You will be responsible for developing and overseeing the execution of comprehensive ecommerce & marketplace plans to elevate the company's digital presence and accelerate revenue growth.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and implement ecommerce strategies to grow online sales and traffic across various platforms

• Manage the company's ecommerce channels, including website, online marketplaces, and social media

• Analyze website data, customer behaviour, and sales trends to identify opportunities for improvement

• Coordinate with the marketing and creative teams to create engaging content and digital campaigns

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the ecommerce team, including task delegation and performance management

• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless integration of ecommerce initiatives with overall business objectives

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously optimize the ecommerce strategy 

What we're looking for

• Proven track record of at least 3-5 years in ecommerce management or digital marketing, preferably in the consumer goods or retail industry

• Min 3 years experience in managing marketplace, ads & live streaming in social media platforms (shopee, tokopedia, tiktok, etc). 

• Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms, digital marketing tactics, ads, and online consumer behaviour

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams

• Familiarity with SEO, social media marketing, and online advertising strategies

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
