Job Description :
Develop and execute comprehensive ecommerce strategies focused on increasing GMV, ROI, AOV, and conversion rates
Identify market trends, competitor moves, and platform algorithm changes to drive business decisions
Localize assortment and product strategy based on platform trends, customer behavior, and seasonality
Own day-to-day management of official stores including listing quality, keyword optimization, pricing, and store layout
Implement operational SOPs to ensure a frictionless online shopping experience
Continuously improve store health scores and seller ratings across platforms
Plan and manage mega campaigns (9.9, 11.11, Harbolnas, Ramadan, Payday, etc.)
Collaborate with Platform Account Managers to secure exclusive campaign slots, vouchers, and homepage exposure
Drive campaign performance through precise deal structuring and post-campaign analysis
Monitor and improve key performance indicators (CTR, VTR, CVR, ROAS, ROI, Return Rate)
Conduct A/B testing on visuals, price points, and messaging to find optimal conversion drivers
Qualification
Min. Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or Data Analytics
Has at least 5-10 years of experience in ecommerce, preferably in consumer goods or food retail
Hands-on experience managing official brand stores on Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, and TikTok Shop
Mastery of platform tools (Shopee CMS, Tokopedia POWER, TikTok Seller Center, etc.)
Highly analytical, proficient in dashboards, spreadsheets, and data visualization tools
Strong campaign planning capabilities, including exposure to seasonal megasales and platform promotions
Experience working with affiliate networks, KOLs, and paid media for performance marketing
Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and managing multiple priority and strategic thinker with strong execution focus
