Responsibilities
Ensure the DKT brands/products visibility is well presented and as per brand guidelines/key communications and marketing calendar in both the DKT official stores e-commerce (B2C) platform and local e-commerce B2C platforms (third party).
Work with the Marketing/brand and KAM team sales counterpart and E-commerce enabler (digital marketers) to develop quarterly e-commerce activity/ marketing promotion calendar, improve quality build traffic acquisition and conversion.
Responsible for the online sales achievement by developing/initiating the e-commerce strategy, and campaigns activity (excluding regular promo) i.e., live shopping, exclusive brand day, thematic campaign, affiliates program etc. and proactively proposes creative promotions or programs to drive traffic and sales. Develop content calendar and work with brand to oversee website/social media content uploads and direct the landing pages to official stores.
Drive and manage e-commerce exposure and traffic (home banner ads, category banner, flash sales, in-app messages, crazy flash sales, double dates, affiliates, etc) to support the marketing campaigns and enhance sales.
Review and report for the e-commerce sales out performance versus A&P budget and RoAS (Return on Ads Spend) on regular basis and capture campaign/promo analysis in monthly report and dashboard. Analyse various data in order to deliver data driven strategies in order to deliver top performance and achieve KPIs.
Conduct market and competitor research in order to discover new trends and technologies in order to improve DKT's brand's digital performance especially in e-commerce platform
Qualifications
Bachelor degree in Digital Marketing or related field, with GPA at least 3.00 from credible university.
Marketing experience with minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce.
Understand mix marketing model and able to do data analysis.
Basic skills in Photoshop/Illustrator.
Creative, communicative, proactive, and initiative-driven. Able to work efficiently and collaboratively in a team to support brand growth in e-commerce.
Confident in developing and overseeing retail and eCommerce - focused digital marketing strategies.
Confident in traffic analysis, reporting tools and optimization.
Knowledge of attribution modelling, website speed optimization, A/B testing, conversion management, sales journey optimization, traffic analysis and reporting tools.
Digitally savvy, with a strong understanding of current trends in digital marketing and e-commerce consumer behaviour.
Fluent in English both written and verbal and able to work with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Power Point) and Adobe Software.
