Job Summary:The Doctor Talent Development role is responsible for identifying, developing, and nurturing medical professionals within the organization to ensure a strong pipeline of future clinical leaders and high-performing doctors. This role works closely with key stakeholders in HR and the medical team to create strategic talent development programs tailored to the unique needs of healthcare professionals.
Job Responsibilities:Identify and manage high-potential doctors for development and succession planning.
Design and implement structured career pathways for medical professionals.
Coordinate mentorship and coaching programs for junior doctors and residents.
Collaborate with medical leadership to assess capability gaps and create tailored development plans.
Organize and manage continuous medical education, leadership training, and professional growth initiatives.
Analyze talent data to support evidence-based development strategies and decision-making.
Partner with recruitment teams to ensure alignment between talent acquisition and long-term talent development.
Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders (e.g. Hospital Directors, Heads of Department) and external partners (e.g. medical universities, training providers).
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of development programs and suggest improvements as needed.
Bachelor's Degree in Medicine (MD) is required; a Master's in Hospital Management, Medical Education, or related field is a plus.
Minimum 3-5 years of clinical experience; experience in people development, education, or leadership training is an advantage.
Strong understanding of the medical profession and career pathways.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Passion for education, coaching, and developing others.
Analytical thinking and strong project management capabilities.
