Responsibilities:

1. To ensure end to end card delivery process is performed properly
2. Manage 3rd party vendor performance to meet with the agreed SLA
3. Ensuring all inquiry and complaint received are properly handled within the SLA
4. Providing card delivery performance report
5. Manage returned card movement and card destroyed
6. Performing invoice checking
7. Involve in any projects and initiatives

Requirements

1. Minimum bachelors' degree from reputable university
2. Having at least 5 years working experience in Customer Service
3. Having good knowledge on banking
