Key Responsibilities :
1. Campaign Strategy and Planning
Develop advertising strategies aligned with business goals.
Identify target audiences and buyer personas.
Choose appropriate ad platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
2. Campaign Setup and Execution
Create, configure, and launch ad campaigns on chosen platforms.
Write ad copy, choose creative assets, and set targeting parameters.
Set up conversion tracking using pixels or UTM parameters.
3. Performance Monitoring and Optimization
Analyze KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rate.
A/B test ad creatives, copy, and audiences.
Adjust budgets and bidding strategies for optimal performance.
4. Reporting and Insights
Generate weekly/monthly performance reports.
Translate data into actionable insights for stakeholders or clients.
Recommend next steps based on analytics.
5. Budget Management
Allocate and manage ad spend across platforms efficiently.
Ensure campaigns stay within budget while maximizing ROI.
6. Collaboration and Communication
Work with content creators, designers, and marketing teams.
Communicate results and campaign performance to stakeholders or clients.
7. Platform and Trend Awareness
Stay up to date with platform algorithm changes and ad formats.
Explore emerging channels and innovations in ad tech.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT or a related field
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in performance marketing, campaign planning, or digital advertising
3. Proven expertise in managing and optimizing paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Tiktok Ads, Shopee Ads, etc
4. Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with experience in performance tracking, A/B testing, and audience segmentation
5. Proficiency in SEO, retargeting, and data visualization tools (e.g., Google Looker Studio) is a plus
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
7. Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines
8. Strong problem solving skills, attention to detail, and goal oriented mindset
9. Passion for digital marketing and staying up to date with industry trends and best practices
