About the Department Novo Nordisk is committed to transforming patient engagement through innovative digital strategies. As part of the Customer Engagement Business Unit, you will play a key role in shaping and executing digital and social media initiatives. Reporting to the Customer Engagement Director, you will work alongside a dynamic and collaborative team dedicated to delivering impactful communication and engagement strategies.
The Position As a Digital & Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and exe-cuting strategic digital initiatives that enhance engagement with patients, stakehold-ers, and the broader healthcare community. Your key responsibilities include:
- Develop and execute creative digital and social media campaigns to drive healthcare awareness and engagement.
- Lead ideation and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure align-ment and innovation in digital initiatives.
- Establish and manage partnerships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and digi-tal health ecosystem partners.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, implementing data-driven optimi-zations to enhance impact.
- Oversee program logistics, including scouting and evaluating digital health so-lutions and managing application processes.
- Contract hire for 24 months
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, IT, or Design.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Creative/PR agencies, Tech-based platforms, or Consulting.
- Proven ability to craft and execute digital engagement strategies in a healthcare or tech-driven environment.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience in engaging and influ-encing decision-makers at various levels.
- Analytical and business acumen, capable of translating insights into strategic digital opportunities.
