About The Company:

• The working venue is in North Jakarta.

• Our client is a Multinational Logistics company. Currently, they are looking for Customs Clearance & Logistics.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overseeing the intermediate stages of automotive logistics to ensure the transportation process is smooth.

• Communicate and coordinate with customs, automobile yards and related third parties to ensure smoothness in all aspects.

• Follow up the process of customs declaration and clearance of automobiles to ensure timely processing of documents and formalities.

• Solve problems in the logistics process to ensure on-time and compliant transportation.

• Responsible for tracking and recording of logistics data, and reporting logistics progress on a regular basis.

• Other responsibilities as needed.

Job Requirements:

• Min. College Diploma Graduate.

• High conversational English proficiency.

• Minimum 1 year experience in logistics supply chain, familiar with customs and logistics yard related process.

• Hold a valid driver's license (SIM A) and able to perform necessary field work.

• Careful and patient, able to record and process logistics information accurately, strong communication skills and teamwork spirit, able to coordinate and cooperate with multiple parties.
